Actuators in Photography: Three years of the Peters Valley Photo Retreat

"Actuators in Photography" features the photographic work of participants in the Photography Retreats Peters Valley has held over the last three years. The exhibition includes a variety of photographic print medium: silver gelatin, platinum and platinum/palladium, wet-plate collodion, and digital. All of the images on display were taken in the time since participating in the retreat. View the online gallery of the work.

The Annual Photographer's Retreat takes place over a weekend each April and welcomes photographers of all levels from professional to enthusiast. The community formed by this informal gathering is eclectic, informative and inspiring. This year's retreat will be held April 12-14.

Featuring a selection of wood fired ceramic works by the artists who have fired the kiln and those who have participated in firings over the past 30 years.

The Sally D. Francisco Gallery is located on the second floor of the Craft Store at Peters Valley Craft Center, 19 Kuhn Rd., Layton, NJ 07851.
