The Peters Valley Annual Craft Fair is a juried event that attracts exhibitors from across the country and attendees from the tri-state area (NY, NJ, PA). This event is held at the Sussex County Fair Grounds in Augusta, NJ. The venue is located less than 60 miles outside of New York City, is fully accessible, offers camping with or without hookups and has ample parking with easy load-in/out. Indoor and outdoor booth spaces available. Approximately 150 artists will be accepted into the event as well as a very limited number of Artisanal Food exhibitors. All artwork must be made by the exhibiting artist. The show is promoted through newspapers, magazines, billboards and social media. Promotional postcards, posters and digital ads are available to exhibiting artists. Cash prizes will be awarded.
PLEASE NOTE: We realize that this year our fair overlaps the first night of Rosh Hashanah and may impact exhibitors. We will make all necessary accommodations so those with a conflict may pack up early. Do not hesitate to contact us directly with any concerns.
Emerging Artist Spaces: The Peters Valley Craft Fair will award 10 Emerging Artist spaces. Each will include a 10’x10’ standard booth space, pipe & drape, electric & insurance fee for a discounted flat rate of $250 (regularly priced at $710). Anyone who has exhibited as a Peters Valley Emerging Artist at our Craft Fair in the past is not eligible for this category. This option is only open to those who have been exhibiting professionally for less than 3 years.

As a non-profit organization dedicated to artists and artistic practices, our Craft Fair Committee is focused on making this event successful for you, the exhibiting artist as well as for Peters Valley. Our goal is to provide a selling venue that helps you continue your artistic practice while also introducing the public to artists and their processes. The event helps us raise money to continue our mission of enriching lives and fostering creative thinking through fine craft and educate the public about the importance of the arts and artists in hopes that they will become life-long supporters of the arts. We don't succeed unless you succeed and we are working hard to make that happen.
